SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our rashguards are shipped in compostable poly mailers usually within 24 hours of your order submission. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking information once it has been shipped. Use this tracking number to keep an eye on your package's progress. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping at this point in time. 

Shipping Costs on Continental U.S. orders: 

• USPS First Class Mail (2 - 5 business days): $2 - $8
• USPS Priority Mail (1 - 3 business days): $9 - $15

Shipping Costs on International Orders: 

• USPS First Class Mail International (7 - 21 business days): $10 - $30
• DHL Express Worldwide (1 - 6 business days): $20 - $80

We ask that our international shoppers remember that certain countries enforce duties, taxes (tariffs) and fees on packages coming in internationally, that you are responsible for if your country enforces these fees. These costs are not included in your OFAUNA purchase. These costs are unpreventable and can be expected at the time of your package's delivery. If you have any questions about this process please contact your local customs office to learn more.

OFAUNA is not responsible for lost orders and at this time will not be able to refund you if for some reason your order is lost or does not make it to you.
