At OFAUNA we lead with the knowledge that equity & inclusion are key elements to the survival and growth of all life on Earth. We understand that it is when we use compassion, kindness, and collaboration that we start to create a future that is bright and beautiful for our planet and all of the species that call it home. We know that in order to live by this mentality we must use our voices, platforms, privileges, and actions when we find ourselves in situations or spaces that are not fair or just for all people, all animals, or all natural elements.  It is our duty as individuals of the human race to recognize when there is injustice in our world and work together to combat it. 

Our mission to be an inclusive and equitable brand starts by representing people from all backgrounds, body types, races, ethnicities, religions, gender preferences, sexual orientations, belief systems, abilities, and ages. It continues with purposefully choosing to give our rashguards styles rather than culturally stereotypical genders in order to be inclusive of all individuals and celebrate that each of our bodies are beautiful and unique in their own ways. However we each choose to categorize our forms is 100% a personal preference that will be recognized and respected. When the time comes to build our brand's team we will be committed to hiring a diverse group of individuals who have the same passion and motivation for ocean protection as we do, but who will help deepen our purpose by bringing together different life experiences, beliefs, and backgrounds.
