We hope you are in love with your new OFAUNA rashguard! But if you are not 100% thrilled with it you are welcome to return it in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We are unable to offer free returns at this time, so the additional cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please feel free to contact us after two weeks if you feel the amount has not been refunded properly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot refund items that have been worn, are damaged, or are returned without the correct documentation and tags that came with them. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Gift card orders are final and are non-refundable.
To ensure you get exactly the size or style you want, we recommend returning the item you received, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make sure you get exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.
